Build the skill before the pressure is on.
The learner assembles useful language, says it in their own words, and prepares for the real conversation.
FOR MULTI-LOCATION RESTAURANT & HOSPITALITY TEAMS
We turn approved SOPs and policies into short lessons, realistic practice, and manager coaching. Your team learns what to do on the job, and you can measure whether it sticks.
Built around the work your team does, and the systems you already use.

WHO WE HELP
When the same standard must hold across locations, shifts, managers, and new hires, training becomes an operating issue. We help close the gap between what the standard says and what employees actually do.
THE GAP WE HELP CLOSE
The same course can lead to different habits across locations and shifts. Managers repeat corrections. A completion report cannot tell the whole story.
Your team knows where the procedure lives.
People rehearse what to do when the moment arrives.
Managers support the skill and check its application.
HOW WE HELP
Choose one behavior that matters to your operation.
Turn approved sources into clear, practical instruction.
Rehearse realistic decisions with useful feedback.
Give managers a simple way to coach the next attempt.
Check recall, demonstration, and workplace application.
YOUR SHIFT / TABLE 12THE HOSPITALITY PRESSURE TEST
A busy dining room. A guest ready to leave. Step into the manager’s shoes and see how the conversation changes with your decisions.
No email required. Sound and timer optional. Fictional practice, with your answers kept in your browser.
TRY A QUICK EXAMPLE
A procedure explains what to do. Practice helps people recognize the moment, make a decision, and learn from feedback before the pressure is on.
Here is a fictional handoff rule. Click through to see how we could teach it. Client work uses only approved source material.
“Before handing over unfinished work, record its current status, the next action, and who owns that action.”
This is the kind of instruction a team might find in a procedure.
Before you pass work on, tell the next person three things:
An unfinished request needs to move to another teammate. Choose the better handoff.
SEE THE WORK
Watch a 41-second example of how we guide a learner through a decision and explain the feedback.
This example uses a service conversation to show a finished learning moment: the learner builds a response, makes a choice, and sees why it works. We use the same approach for other roles and written standards.
Illustrative recreation adapted from a training project. Client identity removed. No learner results shown.

The learner assembles useful language, says it in their own words, and prepares for the real conversation.

Feedback connects the choice to the standard so the learner understands what to repeat next time.
ALREADY HAVE AN LMS?
Keep the LMS, academy, HR platform, or learning environment you already use. Standard Wise improves the learning, practice, reinforcement, and measurement around your operating standards.
We agree the delivery format and test in your environment before rollout. New technology should solve a real business problem.
One connected path to the work.
OUR METHOD / THE RETENTION LOOP
Ten connected steps turn information into something your people can understand, practice, and use.
Give people a reason to engage.
Connect it to their role.
Show what good looks like.
Try a realistic task or decision.
Recall it without the answer in view.
Understand what worked and why.
Return to the learning over time.
Support the next attempt.
Use the skill on the job.
Check understanding and application.
The loop keeps going after the module ends. What happens at work helps shape what comes next.
THE PERFORMANCE PILOT
One standard. One audience. One agreed measurement approach. A focused business-performance engagement helps you decide what to expand, based on evidence from your team.
Validate the source, identify the performance gap, and agree what to observe before and after.
A primary learning experience, meaningful practice, and a manager reinforcement tool. Your subject-matter expert reviews the content.
Review what changed, where employees still struggle, and whether a broader program is justified.
Need to understand the gap first? A paid Performance Readiness Review assesses your sources and recommends a focused pilot scope.
FROM A CLIENT
THE COPPERSNew Kingston, Jamaica
Honestly, I'd nearly given up on wine. My team was nervous about it, so it never got offered and the list just sat there. Six short lessons later and they're talking to guests about wine like it's the easiest thing in the world. No scripts, no showing off, just their own words. Standard Wise Learning got this so right, and I'm grateful.

MEET THE FOUNDER
I'm Jordan Nasralla, founder of Standard Wise Learning. In operations, a standard can be written correctly and still be carried out differently by location, manager, or shift.
My background combines frontline operations, retail enablement, and instructional design. I build around the work itself: decisions employees need to make, support managers can use, and evidence that shows what needs attention.
BEFORE WE TALK
We focus on one standard or behavior, establish the approved source and measurement approach, build the learning and practice, test with an agreed audience, and review the evidence before recommending expansion.
Inconsistent onboarding, service standards, guest recovery, operating procedures, manager coaching, frontline decisions, new process or system rollouts, and recurring execution errors.
No. We design around your existing learning and operating systems. We agree the delivery format and validate it in your target environment before rollout.
Approved source material, a responsible subject-matter expert, the audience, and a clear view of the behavior you want to improve. Your team approves policy and content before release.
Typically 3–5 weeks, depending on scope, source readiness, review speed, and the agreed measurement window. We confirm the schedule in the proposal.
We request confidential material only when it is needed for a qualified engagement. Before transfer, we agree the project’s access and handling requirements with you. Please do not send confidential documents before that agreement.
Start with a free fit call. We then recommend a scoped Performance Pilot or a paid Performance Readiness Review. Your proposal sets out the deliverables, timeline, review rounds, and price before work begins.
The proposal and agreement define ownership and permitted use of client materials, final deliverables, and reusable tools before work begins.
Then we should not build training. We first consider whether the gap is knowledge, practice, process design, job-aid access, system design, management, or something else.
Yes, where it improves speed, practice, production, or analysis. AI supports the work. It does not replace source verification, instructional judgment, client approval, quality assurance, or measurement.
LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR TEAM
Bring the process, the problem, or the behavior. We’ll look at how it is trained today, where execution may be breaking down, and whether a focused Performance Pilot makes sense. We’ll tell you if training is not the right solution.
